NEWBIKEPRODUCTS prefers natural fibres such as WOOL over synthetics for both TECHNICAL AND ECOLOGICAL reasons.

From a technical point of view, MERINO WOOL guarantees excellent regulation of body temperature, keeps you cool during the summer and maintains warmth during the winter.

The merino wool cycling jersey is soft and light due to the structure of its fibres, providing you with great comfort.

The antibacterial property of the wool limits the occurrence of unpleasant odours, which is a not insignificant aspect for those who travel for several days, perhaps not having the opportunity to wash often.

Furthermore, from an ECOLOGICAL point of view, wool is biodegradable and renewable!

We chose SEAMLESS TECHNOLOGY to guarantee an EXCELLENT fit thanks to the reduced presence of seams.

This merino wool thermal jersey is constructed on circular looms in such a way as to obtain a three-dimensional fabric; the use of 2% elastane makes it possible to give structure and maintain the shape over time; 3% polyamide gives greater resistance than 100% merino wool products.

In addition, it is possible to adjust the thickness and change the fabric structure in specific areas, which is not possible starting from the fabric, unless different fabrics are used, necessarily increasing seams, production time and costs.

You can choose between two types of collar, depending on your taste and use; if you use merino wool jerseys rather in winter, a turtleneck is recommended.

You can use the jerseys for a variety of outdoor activities such as trekking, ski touring, cycling or MTB, trail running in the mountains.

WARNING: You will find jerseys on the market declared to be made of merino wool, but check the percentage, they usually range from 30-55 %, which are too low a percentage to have all the advantages of wool. Our sweaters have 95 % fine merino wool.
